The release adds configurable dashboards for sourcing, contracts, and requests, allowing administrators to tailor views to the needs of different teams and processes. By bringing relevant information together in one place, these collaborative dashboards help teams monitor work and identify where attention is needed.
A new Projects Dashboard gives users visual views of project metrics, activity trends, and spend. Filters help users focus on relevant projects and get a clearer picture of work.
More adaptable project workflows allow administrators to add custom subtasks within a project flow, keeping related activities connected to the appropriate stage of work. Additional controls for imports, forms, and report formatting give teams more ways to tailor the AI procurement platform to their unique processes and data requirements.
Updates to approvals and collaboration help teams move projects forward with fewer steps. Business users can approve or reject requests directly from email, while project teams can mention colleagues in comments even when those colleagues are not assigned as project stakeholders.
In the Sourcing Module, teams can create an event before selecting suppliers, giving them more flexibility as they prepare sourcing activities. Invited suppliers can also formally decline a bid, helping teams track participation.
